Tocom rubber futures settle 0.3% higher in thin, rangebound trade; investors stay on the sidelines despite supply concerns on widespread flooding in Thailand, Okato Shoji deputy general manager Kaname Gokon says; he adds the major producing region of south Thailand seems to be little affected so far, so Tocom participants are waiting for the situation to clear up more before taking new positions; Tocom is likely to move in a Y310-Y330/kg range for now until fresh cues emerge. Benchmark March rubber settles Y0.9 higher at Y321.1/kg, after moving in a range of Y319-Y324.7/kg.
