[Dow Jones] Asian physical rubber prices rise, in line with gains on Tocom. China is in the market, buying rubber, a Singapore-based trader says. In Thailand, the supply crunch persists. “Raw material supply is really tight. I”m not that keen to sell unless the prices is right,” says a Hat Yai-based exporter offering Thai RSS3 and STR20 at $4,720/ton, FOB. Thailand”s STR20 changes hands at $4,700-$4,710/ton, FOB.
