[Dow Jones] RSS3 rubber on the Agricultural Futures Exchange of Thailand settles higher in line with the bellwether Tocom tracking supply concerns due to floods in southern Thailand. AFET will likely take cues from Tocom in the next session; there may be more upside to Tocom after prices breach Y450/kg in the night session, says a trader in southern Thailand. The benchmark AFET November RSS3 contract settles THB8.3 or 5.2% higher at the intraday high of THB168.5/kg.
