[Dow Jones] RSS3 rubber on Agricultural Futures Exchange of Thailand lower on long liquidation, profit-taking, say traders. “Year-end liquidation pressure is driving down prices,” says trading executive at Thailand-based commodities brokerage; adds further correction during this week can”t be ruled out. Prices briefly fall below THB93/kg followed by mild speculative buying, but overall sentiment weak. Lack of trading leads from Tocom also prompting investors to close positions, says trader in Phuket. Tocom closed today for Emperor”s birthday. Benchmark July RSS3 contract trading THB1.05 lower at THB93.10/kg. (SAM)
