[Dow Jones] Tocom RSS3 rubber futures settle higher on concerns of disruption of supplies due to floods in Vietnam, earthquake in Indonesia, traders say. “Factories which we have contacted haven”t been damaged,” says Singapore-based trading executive; adds there could still be delay in shipments by seven-10 days as infrastructure such as roads from plantations to factories, ports have been damaged. Indonesia, key rubber exporter, ships out more than 170,000 tons each month. Benchmark Tocom March futures settles Y5.7 higher at Y202.4/kg, after reaching intraday high of Y205. (SAM)
